   3.7 Unless otherwise specified, in the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of the content on the Website or other related Too Chill information, the Chinese version shall prevail.

   6.2 We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, Alipay, and FPS payments. We may change or adopt other payment methods without prior notice.

   6.3 For payment via bank transfer/FPS (only applicable to Hong Kong accounts), please email the relevant deposit slip/screenshot to cs@toochill.com.hk within 7 days to confirm your order. We will reserve your order for 7 days; otherwise, the order will be cancelled without prior notice.

7. Gifts

   7.1 Free gift offers are subject to the availability of gifts.

   7.2 Normal delivery terms and return policies apply to free gifts.

8. Discounts

   8.1 We occasionally offer product discounts.

   8.2 Discounts will be valid for specified periods.

   8.3 We may modify or terminate any discount offers at any time.

9. Governing Law

   9.1 These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"). You agree that the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Website.
