The membership for basic members is valid for 12 months from the date of registration.
After upgrading the membership, the validity period will be recalculated to 12 months from the day of the upgrade.
The validity period of member points is the same as the membership validity period.
Member-exclusive discounts do not apply to regular-priced items and bundled products.
Depending on promotional activities, member-exclusive discounts may not be used in conjunction with promotional activities.

About "Membership Level Spending": After upgrading the membership, the spending amount will be deducted by the amount spent on the upgrade. For example, when a "Basic Member" spends $1600 during the membership validity period and meets the upgrade condition of "spending over $1500 within the membership validity period," the "Membership Spending Amount" will become $100 after upgrading to "Chill Fans" (the $1500 used for the upgrade is deducted).
